J1 Visa

The J-1 visa is a temporary, nonimmigrant visa for individuals that allows them to come to the U.S. to teach, work, intern, train, counsel, and research and stay in the United States for the duration of the visitor exchange program. We are offering a program to offer temporary internships to hospitality workers with either a diploma or experience in the field.

How Long Will The Process Take?

From the time we receive all your Documents, sponsorship application forms & the Fees, to the time you depart to USA it can take anywhere between 6-12 weeks

How many hours of training will I receive per week ? How much is my stipend?

Your average training week will around 20 hours depending on the property; however any additional hours will be compensated as applicable. Contracts vary from property to property but generally remuneration is minimum $10 to $13 per hour depending on your qualifications, experience the Company and its location.

Duration of Stay in the United States with J1 Visa

You are allowed to stay in the United States for around 6 months with this J1 Visa. However, the overall duration of your stay in the country might alter depending on the educational course that you choose for your career.

Extension of J1 Visa

You can apply for the extension of your J1 Visa by requesting an extension of the program you are undertaking.

Family of J1 Visa holder

Spouses and/or children under the age of 21 who wish to accompany or join the principal visa holder in the United States for the duration of his/her stay require derivative J-2 visas.
